The tour includes a certified helmet, which is mandatory. You may also request gloves and protective goggles at no additional cost. Entry fees to the tour locations, hydration during the tour, fuel for the vehicles, and a guide are also included with no extra charge.

2. Are the tours guided?
Yes, all tours are guided. Vehicles are not rented without a guide.

3. Do I need to know how to drive to participate?
You need a valid driver’s license. Prior experience driving an ATV is not required, as the guide will provide a basic orientation on how to operate the vehicle.

4. Do I need a license?
Yes, an active driver’s license is required.

5. Can the vehicles be used anywhere in the area?
ATVs may only be used in the areas designated by the guide.

6. How can I make a reservation?
You can book online at www.xterrains.com. Select the location and date of your tour, then choose the number of participants. Please note that only one person is allowed per vehicle.

7. Can two people share one vehicle?
No, this is not allowed.

9. What is the minimum age requirement?
Participants must be at least 16 years old. If under 21, a parental or legal guardian consent form must be signed.

10. What should I bring on the day of the tour?
Wear comfortable clothing, preferably long pants, socks, and closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops). It is recommended to wear a long-sleeve shirt or apply sunscreen for sun protection.

11. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time to receive the necessary instructions.

12. How do I access the location?

13. What happens if I arrive late?
Since the safety briefing is mandatory for all participants, regardless of experience, the instruction time may be deducted from your total tour time.

14. What if there’s bad weather?
If the location is closed due to administrative decisions or if the tour organizers determine that the weather poses a safety risk, the tour will be rescheduled either at the same location or at another agreed-upon location, on a suitable future date.

15. Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations cannot be canceled, but they can be rescheduled to another date if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.
